If you have made a reservation with us before by using our website, you already have a customer account with us. So if you forgot your username or/and password or you just want to change your password, then the only thing you need to do is ticking the little box and following the instructions.
An email message will then automatically be sent to you. This message contains a reset link. Please click on that link. This takes you to a reset form displaying your username and a password confirmation field. Now please enter a new password. Make sure you type it in correctly and hit the 'save your new password' button.
